DiRT Rally dirt 3 complete edition locked ctfs?

Hello to everyone....i recently tried to edit the mustang gt (mus) and the hummer 3 (hh3) with ryders ctf editor....i can edit almost any car and i do this for years so its not that im noob....hummer3 has 3 ctfs..hh3.ctf , hh3_A.ctf , hh3_B.ctf...i dont know what exactly each one represents so i edit all 3 the same way...i raised grip and rev limit (added power to the extra revs through power list)....it didn't worked...although all ctfs where saved succesfully i had no difference in gameplay...i also tried this with the mustang...i remember in the past some other cars too...is there any lock to certain cars ctf (car setup name etc?)?can anyone try to edit hh3 and mus so as to inform me further?
