Different multiplayer graphics appearance

Hi everyone,

i'm quite new in the Racer Community. At first i've got a question regarding the multiplayer.

I'm playing Racer in multiplayer with a friend. The one of us, who hosted the game has better graphics. In Free Driving mode there is no problem.

First Page is the ugly appearance.
Second page is the wanted appearance.

Can it be fixed? How?

P.S.: Both PCs runs on Win7 (x64), one with Nvidia GTX280 other one with Nvidia GTX460, Quadcores, +6GB Ram.

That looks like a different racer.ini you both using ?

Never really played online...
