Create a track challenge

I decided to adapt this thread from F1Fanatic to Race Department

The rules are very simple:
Somebody will give you a challenge of creating a track, it can be an existing track, a street circuit or a completely new track and they will also give you more specific rules for that particular challenge. The winner will be decided by the number of likes in each comment or if there aren't any, the person who posted the challenge will pick the winner.

I will start with this:
Finland has two drivers next season with Kimi Raikkonen moving to Ferrari and Valtteri Bottas staying at Williams and Heikki Kovalainen might also end up somewhere. Finland really needs an event in the F1 calendar but no funding is found for a new track and the FIA is not interested in a steet circuit in Helsinki. However one of the existing track in Finland can be modified and that's when you step in.

Rules:
-The track must be between 4 and 6 km long (2,5-3.7 miles)
-Prefered number of corners is between 15 and 20
-As the track are out of date, there will be new pit buildings anyway so your track can go over them
-You cannot use any public roads or destroy any bublic buildings other than the ones that are part of the circuit

Here are all the existing tracks in Finland
