F1 2010 Contracts?????

Has anyone else had trouble with getting out of the lower teams? No contracts offered? It's driving me insane! ( no pun intended). I'm on my 2nd season with lotus on legend difficulty I have 64 points which puts me in 9th in the drivers table.also puts lotus in 7th the constructors table. BMW were getting interested but now has decided to dislike me for some reason. I've beat my rival every race last season and so far this season ( on race 15 at the mo), is there a glitch that prevents other better teams from liking you? Any help with advancing my career would be really appriciated! I'm sick of the colour green now!! Lol.

In interviews:
- left options = other teams like you
- middle option = neutral
- right = your team likes you

Also you need to have enough reputation. Try playing in lower difficulty and win some races with Lotus, you should be able to sign with any team.
