cockpit view problem.

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone would be able to figure out a solution to my problem, last night before joining the fsr server I was on single player testing out some designs, everything was fine, then I joined the fsr server for tje ffirst time this week, and my cockpit view messed up, its raised my height alot and I can't seem to get it down again, I'm on -40 on the seat height thing but its still sitting way way yo hhigh, its almost like a tcam.

Any ideas? Will post picture of iit later on.
