F1 2011 Clouds and raindrops problems

I need help please,
The clouds and raindrops in cockpit view look very pixelled, i am running dx9 @ 1900x1200 with everthing maxed out and @16xq.Its wierd the rest on the graphics look neat and crisp but the raindrops and clouds look horrible.
Is there any setting or other ways of trying to fix this issue.

Sorry i do all my posting from work, at home i don't have internet, i will try and explain.The raindrops don't look like water drops, it looks like more of a white spot on the screen(very pixelated). Where would i find the file in f1 2011 folder where i can maybe ajust it?
