Cool, the forum is back up and we seem to be getting some momentum again! I'm going to send out PMs to a list of people that Gary gave me to try and drum up some more signups. In the meantime I'm not requiring people to commit to any cars until the Sunday night (4th) before we start so people can have plenty of play before deciding on their horse.

On question re: the car. Do we stick with same car for all 3 events or can it be changed from event to event?

:)

My feeling is that you declare your car on Sunday the 4th before the cup begins and stick with the same car through the series. The idea behind this series is more a bit more like real life cup racing where you would buy a standard car and build it up into a race car to compete with. I have personally bought a few of the cars in the list and spec'ed them up to compete at A600 and lap times around Nurburgring GP are all within about a second of each other without extensive tuning. I'm pretty confident that there isn't going to be a "killer car" that will hose everything else.
