Chrono Manager not working

Hello, well the tread title sums it up. I've tried a lot of things and no matter what, chrono manager doesn't move or do anything, it never worked when I used Vista in 2011 but it worked in windows 7 and rsrbr2012 but it doesn't work in rsrbr 2013 and windows 7 64bit, does anyone else have this problem? I activate it, de-activate it, and it still doesn't work I don't know why.

I installed the new RSRBR 2014 and chrono manager works perfectly now, the problem was solved by reinstalling I guess.
