What do you compare when choosing AI opponents that will give you a good race?...is it the power to weight ratio?
    Thanks

Power to weight ratio, yes that's a good starting point
it can also be track related,
tight twisty tracks as apposed to wide open tracks can make a difference even if you get a close match power to weight.
its a tricky one for sure when driving offline and doing multiclass. :)

A big heavy powerful car on a tight twisty track will struggle to to be as quick a lesser powered light car.
A lot of the time its trial and error... :)
