PC Car height

  1. I finally had time this morning to play around with some of the other cars in the sim.
    Do most of the cars appear to sit just a bit too high?
    The BMW M3 GT2 sits perfect but I can see clear through the underside of most of the other models.
    If memory serves me correctly, the Ferrari should sit fairly low to the ground.
    Still great.

    I think thats because some of the cars in game are production road cars that have a different base setup than purpose build racing models.

  5. Thanks guys...I know how to adjust the ride height.
    I was referring to the ground clearance of two cars in particular...the Ferrari and the front of the open-wheel racer.
    The stock road-going version of the 458 sits fairly low. You really have to stand way back or get down on your hands and knees to look completely under the car.
    The excessive height is more apparent in replays looking directly back at the car.
    Lotus cars generally tend to have fairly high ground clearance and appear normal in game.

  6. hmmm sometimes i think its too high and then when im ingame, its only the bug. When you stop the suspension wont come fast enough back to normal position after compression.
