F1 2011 Car Damage on Out Lap

During Q2 in China i went to my engineer and selected go to track, then flying lap. So i got put into the start of the 3rd sector like usual, just in front of Maldonado and as soon as the 4 lights went out and i had control of the car my engineer radios to tell me my front wing is damaged and to come into the pits to fix it. i changed my camera view and looked at the front of the car and sure enough the whole wing was gone.

has anyone else come across this?

Not like this, but in Turkey, I pitted for new tyres, and upon exiting the pits, I somehow happened to have lost my front wing, not sure how that one worked.

I also did what you did RBR_AUS selected a flying lap from the engieer guy and I see my car inside RB's car... The guy put my car inside a different car... the 4 lights went like normal and boom I was panelized by 10 spots on the grid. My car was also damaged. I also have been droped in front or behind cars on the track and it never worked out good. So from now on im just doing an outlap...
