Can't make car adjustments in 'garage' (GSC 2013)...

In practice or qualifying sessions, the garage options do not allow me to change camber, castor etc. settings, These settings are not enabled per se. I can only adjust tire pressure. Why will the game not allow me to change the other adjustments?

Some categories contain limited adjustments as Mini and Opalas.
