Can't connect to server Error Code:0

I'm just wondering if any of you have come across this and got around it.
I've left a message with sinbin and Hannes got back but not much help.
The very first time I downloaded this it worked now everytime I try it it doesn't work.
I've turn off firewall and any computer virus software and still nothing.
I'm stumped and browned off now

also what system are you on win7/8 ?

Date and time are correct, I'm running win7 too cheers.

Try deleting your clientregistry.blob file located in your steam folder.
You will have to enter your steam username and password again, but it's perfectly safe and will be created again once you login.

This sometimes helps when certain steam games fail to load.

is your steam installed in program files ?
do you have any overclock software running?
any ripping tools running (deamon etc)?
any chance you can elaborate on your system specs etc

I deleted Clientregistry.blob and it just comes back?

Yes steam is in the program's folder.
Overclock software? What is that.
I have have all program's off when trying to run RR.

Win7 ultimate
Intel core duo CPU 2.20ghz
4 gig ram
32 bit system

Please make sure that your antivirus, router, and firewall aren't blocking the game's connection to the internet.

Thanks Marcus, same reply I got from Hannes and I told him.... antivirus, router, and firewall aren't blocking the game's connection to the internet so what now?? The thing is this worked first time I downloaded the beta since then it's never connected. I've no troubles with any other games online so why this one?

Knowing as much about your setup as possible will help in narrowing down any issue. Have you previously submitted a support ticket for this? If you haven't already, please create one and provide your detailed system specs.

Can you please try re-installing flash player. Preferably the one for IE8.

click on the following link while using Internet Explorer. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If the page states that you already have it, please uninstall it via Control Panel and reinstall.
