Can't access BTB XPack download

For some reason I can't download the European Road elements XPack. I clicked on the download link and the site prompted me to log in. I logged in with the correct details, but it just refreshes the login page. I know they are correct as I requested an authentication email with my login details.
If someone has the European Road elements XPack, can they please upload it? I'm working on a canyon style track (inspired from NFS Carbon) and a few decent road signs would really spice things up.

I think you can resize those road signs textures - they are too big IMO
