Can you identify this problem for me?

I keep having this come up on my computer on average once a week, it randomly appears and then shuts my computer down.

I don't have any viruses or anything like that, scanned with AVG...

Has happened about 6 times now in the last few weeks.

I can ask anything if you need more info to make a conclusion.

As it's TCPIP.sys I would firstly try re-installing your NIC\WiFi Card drivers, if you have an Intel system go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx and run the AutoDetect tool, if it's an AMD system try over there or from the Mobo manufacturer site. I suppose it may also be hardware fault but I'd try that first.

When it's gone off I've been doing various things...

From a trusted source " This behavior may occur if you use a Logitech mouse and the version of the Logitech MouseWare program that is installed on the computer is outdated. This behavior is known to occur with Logitech MouseWare versions 9.10 and 9.24."

If indeed you are using a Logitech mouse with either of those versions of MouseWare I would see about updating the drivers for the mouse.
