Camera moving too much

Hello,
is there any chance to decrease the camering moving to much ?
I feel it is just to much and getting deezy ;-)

I think it is to heavy going up and down. Especially if I drive the Formula Cars

Any help would be great

Turn it down in the settings I think its under "Head movement" I've turned it off, way too annoying
