Buying a new screen

I have to buy a new screen for my single-screen setup.
I used to play on an average TN Samsung monitor 24" (S24D300), now the next choice is a Freesync one (as I have a R9 380).

I can't choose between a really fast 144hz monitor (but TN) or a good IPS for 75Hz:
TN 144Hz: Viewsonic XG2401 (there are other similar model for the price)

VA 144Hz: Samsung C24FG73

IPS 75Hz: DELL S Series S2418H (the only good freesync+IPS screen I found for the money)

What's better in your opinion, thanks folks.

Depends on what you want and the hardware you have. The 144hz requires a system that can run at 144fps constantly, otherwise there's no point. The IPS has better viewing angles and sometimes slightly better colors, but the 75hz is a major drawback.

Between those two, go for the 144hz, its so much smoother. I have one as I prefer the lowest latency possible. A 144hz, 1ms meant-for-tournament-gaming monitor is the way to go for racing games to illiminate input lag as much as possible.

With a 144hz, you need 144fps to have the full effect. That may mean you have to scale back the graphics. If you dont want to do that, go for the 75hz version, because there's no need to shell out the extra money the 144hz costs.

Guys I just bought the Dell.
I found it for just 160€, with 75hz, 6ms response time, freesync and IPS panel I think is the best choice for me. The 144hz screen I'm sure it's a huge improvement in smoothness, but the fact it's at 286€ and just a TN panel is my second choice.
