Yes, I have read Setup Hints, but in general, for bumpy track
what is better ? A softness or stiffness setups ?

If I reduce (or increase spring rate) I have to reduce (or increase) the slow
    bump and rebound, too ?
    Thanks in advance

Softer Fast bumps... My rear is even set to 1 on F Reiza on both Slow bump and Rebound and fast bump and rebound. Also the spring rates must come down.

Spring rates should "match" shocks. At least in real life as I read it in a book. Softer springs - softer shocks, harder springs - harder shocks. I've seen strange setups in simracing and I don't bother anymore as long as it works.
