Hi, like myself, any of you got broadband supplied by EE?
In the 2 weeks we have had it, we are getting below 1 mbps download, even worse upload & ping of 300+. When we took the 18 month contract, we were advised of speeds between 10 - 19 Mbps. Despite a number of calls to them, they are sending a BT engineer to my house on Friday as they say the issue is not with them. Starting to think quitting Sky was a bad idea.
Any of you share the same issue?
