fix for last AC change that caused a skidmarks failure. also reduced 1% of grip, and deleted penalty on grass and sand

Please please please, the only thing that bugs me is the lack of barrier on the track to show the driver not to go onto the GP or Indy circuit depending on which track they are running. Apart from that I love driving these tracks.

Few things would be nice to fix
- AI on the grid all go to the racing line immediately - they need to race off line for longer
- Grass - love the close up detail but can see the pattern of the tile from distance - would be nice to blend this if possible
- 3D grass would be great
-Glass reflections
- People around the curcuit
