Bodyshakers?

Hi guys,

I have this setup with a driving force GT

I know it's not the best but it's ok. I was looking to add some "Bodyshakers" to it. I was looking at maybe a couple (?) of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bodyshaker/dp/B002LQAHPE and then I'd obviously need an amp too.

Any idea if two of these mounted on the side of the seat (where the playseats writing is but inside) would be decent? Also, any idea on what amp i'd require? Could I just use one of these to power 2 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/LEPY-LP-20...429443&sr=1-18&keywords=two+channel+ampLIFIER

Any input appreciated.

Thanks

The shakers should be fine, but the amp is WAY to low powered.
My Butt Kicker is 250w (if I remember correctly).
Having said that, I don't even turn it on more than around 10% power and it still rattles my bones in Dirt rally..

Could you point in the right direction for a decent amp? Apparently those shakers are 100w RMS

Cheers :)

EDIT - For some reason my account above won't work so I had to make this one...

I really have no idea.
I bought the Pearl Throne Thumper that comes with the kicker and the amp, so didn't buy one separately.
I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will come along shortly though.

Hi, there is a thread here that talks about transducers and amplifiers here :- http://www.racedepartment.com/threads/inexpensive-transducers-for-simvibe.91743/
I have also read elsewhere that these amps are meant to be quite good
https://www.amazon.co.uk/SMSL-SA-98...qid=1468480847&sr=1-6&keywords=SMSL+amplifier
and they are on offer at the moment.
I also have two of the bodyshakers but be aware that I have seen them advertised as rated at 100watt, 80watt and also as being 50watt, it just depends on where you get them from. I had originally connected mine to a 1000watt amp, in series on one Chanel with no problems, so I would tend to lean on the side of them being 100watt.
