As far as I know Cheat Engine has speed settings you can apply to exe file.

Thanks. The software increases the game speed by about 20% max. I was hoping for something like the accelerated time in p3.

Didn't know that. I think it can decrease it to 0,1%, thought it could increase it to like 10X times. Too bad.

ATTENTION!!!
I'll have to admit, that with this mod you will get a huge online bug, which gives a huge advantage in certain conditions.
So, you installed mod and then go to some lobby. If host sets dynamic weather and then it starts with rain, you still get a dry track. So for you, other cars will drive with wet tyres on dry track. Game can be legally broken with this, and you will not have any kicks from lobby. Here how it looks

So it's wet conditions, you have wet tires, but you see it being dry? Or is it dry for you with dry tires, and it's wet for others with wet tires?
