Apps on second (mobile) screen?

After reading this thread I was wondering if apps can be displayed on a second mobile screen (iPad, iPhone, Tablet, Note etc).

It should be possible, I try to discover if it is easy and in real time to send the data to a local server what can be accessed in the local network, but unfortunately it seems there is a need of an .exe within this solution to get the server working, and I dont have any clue on how to do this...

Interesting question indeed. Now we know misc. data can be read from an app, nothing prevents to send it to a server running web services on the same PC. There are many solutions to achieve this.
