App for changing car and track?

Is there any app (or maybe a way to use the command line calling AC.exe with parameters) so that you can change car, track and mode directly when playing, not having to leave Assetto Corsa and going through the Content Manager menus? I have to test and see what happens if I use scripts to run a AC when already loaded, or close it and run it again. I could use a script to modify the data in race.ini and use an app to list and select my favourite tracks and cars.
