Anyway to tell what tyre compound competitors have?

I ran in the weekly endurance race last night, and from the start was in a good tight battle with another driver for the first 10-15 laps, before he pitted. At that point I had no tyre wear and half a tank of fuel.
I started on the hards, and I figure by the early pitstop he had started on softs and half a tank (default setup by accident I am guessing).
The thing is, if I had of known he was on softs, I would have conceded my place at the start so we didn't hold each other up, but I figured he was on hards like me, so it was a pure contest for position.
So is there a way to tell what compound the cars around you are on? Maybe it's obvious and I missed it, this is my first week in raceroom, go easy.

I think, without external tools, you should only be able to see the tires he used in the last stint on the final results screen. During the race, you would need to use a third party tool like OtterHUD: https://forum.sector3studios.com/in...custom-webhud-with-additional-features.13152/
