I doubt it.. Building a track takes a lot of time and effort, the builder needs a lot of motivation. If it's paid job, then it's another matter but if i would calculate the value for my releases it would go to thousands of euros just counting the hours it took... Most who build, have a motivation, for example someone has a track close by or just loves so much that he decides to build it.

Why don't you build it yourself? It really is not that hard, all it takes is time. There's a lot of people willing to help you for free. But it requires that you put in an effort yourself
