Any change for me to be a licenced member?

I know i faked my first app, and when i applied a 2nd time with my real info i got rejected.
So i just wanna know if theres any chance for me to become a licenced member..

if not could someone be so kind to chance my account name to Dutch

that still didnt answer my question, (i guess i can answer it myself) but is there any chance for me getting a licence ever again...

and Bram why did you use these --> "Dutch" (the quoteation marks) thats rather odd to me...
