There's a little tutorial, but it doesn't work for me. what I have to do, any ideas?!?

Hey Dann any chance I can get cleavland too? I also tried but failed since I dont own GSCE FACE but I did get the other cart tracks working and wow also Patrick okayama looks and feels amazing fantastic job man
