F1 2014 AMD/Intel Switchable graphics issue

So , i have laptop with Intel/AMD switchable graphics
When i have set F1_2014.exe on High Performance, its seems not want to start the game, like the process appears in task manager but the game itself wont start.
Only way i got it running was using Power Saving on F1_2014.exe but in return i get low FPS as expected since running Power Saving mode ... Anyone else ever had this issue ? Any solution to this so i can play High Performance mode ?
And i have tried multiple driver downgrades and updates

Hi, have you tried right click on f1_2014.exe and choose to launch it using AMD video adapter?

Also, you may want to try to manually set up your energy saving mode, so it wont limit the laptop power.
