MGP13 always sunny on career?

Is there any way to get always sunny on the races of the career mode?It's impossible to cheange weather because the game always randomize it,but maybe someone know if there's something to edit on the game files to get it always sunny....

It actually rains sometimes, pretty accurate weather to be honest. Just play more or upgrade it using the patch.
