Hey Reiza, I have seen another game that also use a 'three activations' system, but with a difference.
Each month, one activation is automatically re-credited, up to a maximum of three. With this system, you would not be troubled as much for fresh activations. If the customer does use all three in a month, they can still ask support for more activations, but most of the time, they are likely to use less than three a month, and would not have long to wait for one to be credited automatically if they did use all three.
