activation policy/ just 3 activations

    Hi,

    I bought Game Stock Car in 2011. Everything was fine until I had a faulty hard drive and had to reinstall my os 2 times. Then I asked 3 times via e-mail for a new activation code (still for the same pc as in 2011, still just for me and no one else). I wrote to sales@reizastudios.com and support@reizastudios.com and never even got an answer from them. They write in their FAQ:

    "Do I only get 3 activations with my Serial Number?

    At once, yes. If you run out of activations, you may request a renewal of your Serial Number. Contact sales@reizastudios.com for Serial Number related requests."

    That sounds to me like "no problem if you're running out of activations, we will give you a new serial." I never had such problems with rfactor by the way...

    Did anybody else experienced the same issues?

    I'm not too sure bud but If you're using the same email for the sale then it shouldn't be a problem

    which version of game stock car are you trying to activate using your serial from 2011?
