Play with this value on the cam files.

Default on this screenshot was 0.05. I moved the position back, reduced the FOV and changed the nearplane value. The hard part is to get a value where the arms/wheel are hidden and dont get clipping on the cockpit textures, specially with triple screens. Must play and try different values but it is possible. Sorry but it is hard to me to make a patch right now. My labyrinthitis is bad atm.
