A Question of Altitude?

Discussion in 'F1 2010 - The Game' started by Cult, Jan 11, 2011.

  1. Ok sorry for the bloody awful thread title but I wanted it to be different ;)

Whilst watching you tube videos of F1 2010 a while back I saw alot of crashes where people would be getting some serious hang time Mark Webber style :)

Some my question is; how is it done? By that I mean how do you get the cars to fly like that, the highest I have gotten is this:

    that seems rubbish by comparison

is it a matter of settings, speed, or something else?

  2. thats a very interesting and uncommon question..
  3. I cant see your vid here at work but can honestly say that i have never managed to get my car to fly in the game (not that i have really tried). If it was real F1 the best thing to do would be hitting somones rear wheel with one of your front one at like 200MPH, but that doesnt work in the game.
  4. Thats what I would have thought that it would have been a speed thing but I have tried that and have never really gotten the lift :)

As for it being a weird question its just something that has always sort of lingered in the back of my mind lol
  5. I have had it up on 2 wheels, but not caught any air as such.

Maybe we need an A-Team / Dukes of Hazzard mod to plant little bushes on the track, they seemed to flip vehicles quite nicely in those shows :D
