A Hypothetical - New Teams for 2013

This is just for fun and to stimulate some thinking, not to provoke any "passionate" debates.

I've been thinking about how the 2013 season is panning out, especially considering the friction within Red Bull. Lets say we have the chance to go back to the season start, but with the teams rearranged slightly. Lets give Red Bull their "Dream Team" and move Mark Webber elsewhere.
eg.

Red Bull - Vettel & Hamilton (arguably two of the top drivers available)
Lotus - Raikkonen & Webber (might seem a strange pairing at first).
Mercedes - Rosberg & Grosjean (to balance the teams out)
All other teams remain the same.

My prediction:
Overall Champion - Alonso
Team (Constructors) Championship - Lotus

The ego's at Red Bull would eventually interfere with each others results. I suspect that Raikkonen and Webber are so open and honest that they could form a good working team relationship (with trust and respect), especially at Lotus.
For sheer consistency and class over a full season, it's hard to go past Alonso, especially in an improving Ferrari.

I would change three teams on the grid.

Lotus: Raikkonen & Kubica (just for the fans)
Caterham: Kovalainen & Grosjean
Marussia: Bianchi & Anybody can do better than Chilton
