5760x1080 & seperate 1920x1080 display on same PC

Hi guys I've been trying to do research but haven't came up on anything that I've been looking for. I just hooked up my triple monitors, and I still want to use my fourth display for regular pc use. I have a Gigabyte gtx 970 using 3 display port and 1 hdmi inputs. Is there a way I can set it up to where I have the 5760x1080 resolution and the fourth monitor separate at 1920x1080 all on one pc? Any input would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Spelled separate wrong in the title, sorry.

When you enable Nvidia surround for triple screen support, Windows treats the triple screens as a single 5760x1980 monitor. Just go into the resolution settings in Windows and enable the additional monitor.

I used to run this config when playing Farming Simulator on triples while watching youtube on the 4th monitor. :whistling:
