this mod has nothing to do with the car shadows , they are within the other related skin base textures and should not be really messed around with anyway as they look nice

Yes, sure. Just type in the search bar, there are many 2014 skins already completed. You could also try the 2014 mod by @Gustavo Luna

It's not meant to work for F1 2012 mate Those are 2 completely different games

The .bdl files didn't change, so no... But better experience with the XML setup, as it was changed the most
