2012 24 Hours of Le Mans

The catch will be commercials... Lots of them I fear...

Doesn't matter for me though. I have no commercial interuptions :) Just hope it will be some nice kind of weather there ;)

So guys any tips for staying awake for 24H? Last year I felt asleep shortly after the safety car was brought out for Mike's crash... :D

Maybe this? :D

I might try it this year, I haven't seen the tv coverage yet so I don't know if SPEED will have anything going all night. I know they usually just switch between a few cameras late at night but at least its something. I will have a stream of Radio Le Man going all night if I can stay up

You guys could join me and Bram in the full 24 hours as it is our mission to do it! although I've done it before! (Without the use of Redbull!) :p Eurosport Player is another option for people who can't get it on TV!

All starts tonight though at 15.00BST/16.00CET for Practice and then 21.00BST/22.00CET For Q1

I'm already tired and European Championships are keeping me off for to many days. So I will fall asleep around 3 or 4 o'clock as usual.
Will Eurosport have massive camera crews around the track all night? Unlike the Nürburgring Nordschleife 24h?

Btw, practice time should read 1800 CET (ESP2)? Or my programme is messing it up:redface:

never even try to stay awake, I like the feel of having just your regular sleep and then switch on TV at breakfast time and see these guys in the pits with hollow eyes and the cars all smeared in rubber and oil. quick read up on the night's events and day 2 can start :)
