Was there, but you didn't have the freedom in the Service Park as in 2007. ALso, was wet, cold and windy. They put a €15 charge at the gate since last year, which was apparently a last minute thing, which we felt was a bit cruel

Anyway, got some good shots nonetheless, of cars coming in the gate, heading to parc ferme and entering the service. I might be arsed to upload some

Great weekend nonetheless, but some marshals have a chip on their shoulder or something, they always stand in front of your camera when you want to take a picture. Hopefully they make a bit better next time, as they hand out marshal jackets to anyone that walks in the door, and some people had access passes and weren't with media,stage control etc. (and choose a different season too, Winter in Sligo is "stay-inside" season). Kudos, though. They organised it really well otherwise.

Late comer to the thread here but just have to comment on tribute 2.
I've never seen straight line acceleration like that on video before, usually you just hear the engine roar but can't really see that the car is picking up speed somehow. Here the Audi just shoots off as if has rockets in the back! Totally awesome and goosebump inducing!

I hope Loeb stays WRC champion this year also

WRC Poland: Loeb again

Loeb has rolled out of Rally Poland, the 2nd roll out in the space of 2 rallies. This isnt like Loeb at all

Sh*t happens, especially in Rallying. Loeb isn't invincible. Still, 3 rallies in a row? Wow. If he loses the title this year, how likely is it that he'll retire?

That Group-B video was insane! It was the 80s, after all. A LOT of fans Nowadays, with safety and other factor (money a big one) spectators have decreased. Also, with the loeb domination. We need more teams!

But wow, How close were some of them! At 2:00, it was like when you used to play soccer on the road, and everyone shouted "CAR!" when a car was coming

It was a great drive by him. Very clean lines with no errors. Actually he drove faster than Alen because he took a bad start where 0,5 seconds was lost.

Let's see what happens when they dive from stadium to fast forrest roads tomorrow morning. I think there difference to class leaders will be much bigger but if it isn't I'm amazed. :embarrassed:
