    Why are there no crowds in modded tracks?

    I've downloaded many F1 tracks and none of them have any crowds. They are ghost towns. Is there something I'm doing wrong or were crowds not built into the mod? Overall the mods are built terrific so I'm surprised they couldn't add crowds. Thanks
