Event: The Eight Hours of Old Ring

- 12:30 - 13:00: Warm-up all cars
- 13:00 - 13:55: Free Practice 1 (P1, P2, GT1 & GT2)
- 13:55 - 14:00: Server reboot
- 14:00 - 14:55: Free Practice 2 (P1, P2, GT1 & GT2)
- 14:55 - 15:15: Qualification GT1 & GT2
- 15:15 - 15:20: GT cars return to the pit
- 15:20 - 15:40: Qualification P1 & P2
- 15:40 - 15:45: Protypes return to the pit
- 15:45 - 16:00: Warm-up all cars
- 16:00 - 00:00: Race (8 hours)
Start procedure: manual formation lap (see article 5.6 of the League Regulations)
Weather forecast: Dry
Ingame starting time: 16:00
Time Scale: 3 x
Server setup: Auto Clutch on, auto traction, 80% damage & mechanical failure on.
Server password: will be announced to the team owners
Golden tip:
* take care of your engine. It is 8 hour of racing.
* race will take place during dark & daylight. So adapt your rig and yourself to the changes

Licensed Member i advise all teams to have plenty of reserve players, it's the last weekend before christmas, especially the fathers among us might called up for family duties (as in: get the tree, get the wife's presents, bake some cookies, visit the in-laws etc.) on short notice :)
