After a while coming back and forth between these games -and struggling with every transition- I´m in a good position explain the key differences between them.

While the differences might not be as blatant as with games like F1 ´16, and nothing too outrageous stands out in any of them, there´s still plenty of stuff that doesn´t work the same way... and that´s stuff you will need to consider as you switch disc.
