Incidents:

#1
Driver(s) Involved: Jan-Moritz Kammann, Nick Fischer

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 36/50:34

Protest Description: Jan-Moritz Kammann tries to pass me into the fast chicane that was never a possibility. I leave him as much space as I can without hitting the wall but unfortunately there was not enough space for the both of us and we make contact.

The contact makes both of us lose our front wings
I am heading towards the pits to fit a new nose, but Kammann is angry over the incident. He proceeds to ram me in the next corner.

It is clear that he made no attempt to brake and he cut the following corner in path of my car. The collision causes significant damage to my suspension. The velocity of his car (he didn't brake) causes him to flip and lose his rear wing.

The following situation occurs in the pit lane. I am waiting in my box for my new wing to be put at the front and I see in my mirrors and I see Jan-Moritz Kammann heading straight for me. He is not making a pit stop and wants to ruin my race further.

At this point I am about to leave my box and the new wing has been fitted. At that moment, he slams into the back of my bar, causing me to hit the walls of a garage, making me lose my front wing again and causing me significant damage to my steering column.

After the incident, I can't pit again because he is in the way of my box. As I head back on track, Jan-Moritz Kammann leaves the server. I am forced to do another full lap of a severly damaged car and when I pit again, I have to wait in my box for 72 seconds while the damage is repaired.

This was a major blow for my race because I was in a position for a podium.

This type of driver mentality is absolutely uncalled and unwanted in FSR. I don't want this to happen again to me and I feel that a penalty is the only way to disuade him into learning.

Review: After having some contacts in the last corner, Kammann goes full throttle (in a braking zone) into Fischer.

Verdict: 2 Race ban for Kamman.

#2
Driver(s) Involved: Mo Selvarajah, Todor Vasilev, Jan-Mortiz Kammann,

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 2 / 4:37

Protest Description: Selvarajah loses control of his car going into the corner and ends up stopped on track sideways, this causes Vasilev to crash into him losing his front wing and then Kammann to also crash into him which sent Kammann flying over the barriers and off track. The incident caused severe damage to Vasilev's car but worse to Kamman's car. Kammann lost over a lap due the incident.

Review: Selvarajah loses the control of his car and unfortunately some cars crashed with him.

Verdict: Nothing. Race incident.

#3
Driver(s) Involved: Mo Selvarajah & Others

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 2 / 4:45

Protest Description: Driver(s) Involved: Mo Selvarajah, Mikko Suokas, Todor Vasilev, Martial Thomas, Tommy Nilsson, Franz Schnyder, Eduard Kore, Danny van der Niet, Sebastiano Filosa, Sami Pesari, Kevin Clark.

Protest Description: After already losing his car in the previous corner Selvarajah again loses control of his car making him stop sideways in the corner causing a 11 car massive pile up which results in a number of cars being damaged, losing positions and track time.

Review: With a damaged car, Selvarajah spins and an important amount of cars lost time and had damage due to that. It would have been recommended to press Esc and avoid the big mess.

Verdict: 1 Penalty Point to Selvarajah.

#4
Driver(s) Involved: Nick Fischer, Jan-Mortiz Kammann

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 36 / 50:22

Protest Description: Fischer makes a mistake and runs wide clipping the barrier allowing Kammann to get alone side him and make a pass into the next corner, however despite Kammann being slightly ahead heading into the next corner Fischer decides to turn into him making Kammann to hit the inside barrier and both cars end up in a nasty collision.

This reported incident is for the first initial crash which Fisher clearly was at fault for, not for the incidents which happened afterwards between Kammann & Fischer.

Review: Fischer goes wide after a driving mistake, and ignores Kammann position while entering into the chicane, making a contact and sending Kammann into the barriers, loosing the front wing.

Verdict: 1 Penalty Point to Fischer.

#5
Driver(s) Involved: Genaro Celliento - Nick Fischer

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1 - The current laps laptime : 5sec

Protest Description: Genaro dont look whats around him and forces nick into the wall which create a chain reaction of chrashes.

Review: Celiento doesn't give Fischer enough space in the race start, sending him into the wall.

Verdict: 1 Penalty Point to Celiento.

#6
Driver(s) Involved: Mo Salvarjana + many other

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 2 - current laps time 23sec

Protest Description: After spinning in casino corner, Mo mages again a totally uncontroller driving and puts himself and other drivers in danger. Its driving without using the inside of the head. Way to dangorouns, and should not pass on without notice!

Review:

Verdict: See incident #3.

#7
Driver(s) Involved: Mo Salvarjana + Sebastiano Filosa

Lap/Replay Time: lap 2 - current laps time 32sec

Protest Description: After spinning again, Mo without respect of other drivers, starts to drive again to recover from his chrash! He does this without taking care of other cars comming, and this causes damage to filosa car. Very disrespectless driving of Mo!

Review: Selvarajah tries come back to the racing line, without having in consideration the position of other drivers. Due to this unsafe comeback, he makes a contact with Filosa.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points to Selvarajah.

#8
Driver(s) Involved: Sami Pescari - Sebastiano Filosa

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 2 - Current laps time 20sec

Protest Description: Pescari is not takign enough care of his driving, despite this being monaco in the first laps. He see front wings flying, but still continue with full speed - Brakes to late and chrash into the back of Filosa heavely.

Review: Pesari brakes late considering the amount of cars that were parked in Mirabeau, and hits Filosa.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points to Pesari.

#9
Driver(s) Involved: Tommy Nilsson - Martial Thomas

Lap/Replay Time: lap 2 - current laps time 1min 5sec

Protest Description: Nilsson divebomb on inside of Martial. The gap inside of Martil will ALLWAYS disapear cus of the corner being a hairpin like this. Its to risky doing these kind of divebomb overtakings, and he also push Martial off his line to overtake.

Review: Nilsson tries to pass Thomas in La Rascasse in an over-optimistic manouver, making a small contact with Thomas and passing him due to that.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points to Tommy Nilsson.

#10
Driver(s) Involved: JM Kamamm - Nick Fischer

Lap/Replay Time: lap 36 - curent laps time of nick 1min 00sec

Protest Description: After an incident betwee the 2 drivers, Kamamm decide that he want revenge, so he goes full gas into nick to chrash him out of the race. Incredibly bad behavior and by many miles the opposit FSR wants.

Review:

Verdict: See incident #1.

#11
Driver(s) Involved: JM Kamamm - Nick Fischer

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 36 - current laps time 1min 6sec

Protest Description: After the first seriously bad incident on swimming pool complex also on lap 36. Nick goes into the pit to repair his car. Kamann follow him and drive full gas directly into nick while nick is in his pit box. He chrashes Nick again, in a 2nd insane attempt to take Nick out of the race. The worst thing we ever seen, chocked!!

Review: After the incident #1, Kammann follows Fischer in the pitlane, and crashes with him again on purpose. Fischer suffered damage and lost the front wing, having to pit again and loosing a lot of time.

Verdict: Season ban for Kammann. This behaviour can't be tolerated in FSR.

#12
Driver(s) Involved: Tuomas Koriala

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1/Time4:00

Protest Description: Koriala misses his braking point into the nouvelle chicane and jumps over the anticut hitting the rear of my car resulting in damage and sending me into a half spin which he uses to take the position.

Review: As the description says, Koriala ran over the anticuts of the Nouvelle chicane, hitting Kunkel and taking his position.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Point to Koriala.

#13
Driver(s) Involved: Nick Fischer

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 33/Time 46:00

Protest Description: Fischer divebombs into turn 5 from over 2 carlengths behind resulting in contact and damage on the right side of my car. Thanks to this move he takes the position.

Review: Fischer brakes way late in an attempt to overtake Kunkel in Mirabeau, making a contact and passing him thanks to that.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points to Fischer.

#14
Driver(s) Involved: Jan-Moritz Kamman

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 33/Time 46:25

Protest Description: under braking into nouvelle chicanne Kamman bumps into the rear of my car making me miss the apex of the corner and having to run over the anticut in the chicane taking the position thanks to this contact.

Review:

Verdict: No penalties applied due to the season ban of Kammann.

I fully accept it, but I just want to make 1 thing clear.

Incident 4:

Fischer ignores my position and takes the collision at full throttle -> 1 penalty point
this lead to Incident 1: me ignoring his position at full throttle -> 2 race ban

Okay.

Addition to that was Fischer was sharing pit-box with me. No criticism but maybe FSR should add some pit-boxes to the tracks, so rivals dont have to wait behind people that ruined your race in the first accident.

Why should I press Esc? My car wasn't totalled, so I was perfectly entitled to continue.
We get points for finishing, and that is what I wanted to do.

I don't see why I should get penalty points for that.

also - I get points for spinning and losing control?

what should I do....just crawl round really slow and not push the limit? You can't give out points to people for spinning...............
