Optimum Video Res Settings

Not sure if my 'video res' settings are correct in RF2
Can someone please assist with what they should be for a computer with these specs

Intel i5 4670K Processor
Asus Gryphon Z87 Motherboard
Asus Geforce GTX770 2GB Video Card
8GB Ram

I am sure that there are some guys here who have about the same specs as your rig.
I personally have a Intel i7 950, Asus Sabertooth x58, 6Gb Ram running with a ATi HD6950 2Gb (tripple screen setup 5040 x 1050).
I got all my settings to high, only shadows is on low, HDR on. With the latest drivers 13.10 beta. My average fps is between 40 and 80, as it really depends on the track I am driving on.

Thanks Stefan. I have included images which aren't my settings (just pinched them off the net as an example). I would really like the info in this format as I'm a total newbie to all PC jargon.I want to know what the refresh rate, anti alaising, sync & fxaa settings should be.

I have about the same specs, only have a gtx760, and with a single monitor, I have everything maxed out. with 42 ai on Malaysia the lowest FPS was still 37, normally always above 60. But I didn't optimized it to get even more FPS, for me this amount is enough.
