    First you'll need to download the PSSG editor from the Modding Programs / Modding Questions thread. Afterwards, just watch this video to see how to extract dds files from the PSSG file:


    And this video on how to make F1 2011 car liveries:


    Btw, you'll need Photoshop with the Nvidia DDS plugin which you can find in google.
