Rules:If you have not entered the server and driven a few laps with fellow drivers before we go to qually you are to late for that session. Please think of your fellow drivers get out on track with them watch how they drive,
you cant race with guys you have not seen drive. WE all brake a little different and drive the corners different , get used to how they drive and then we can all race safer.
if you drop out of the server during qually you can return

This is being held in our Club, using Club Rules, and should be driven in that spirit.

please do not use the collision fix by the modder in the readme,
it has a fault. Use the fix in our club link

we will try to get it sorted and update ASAP

We are only using the DBR2 so no need for the collision fx for the DBR1 which is in the modderfix
we will sort out a pack with all complete we are working on it.

Club post updated to include the collision fix for both cars. When you have unpacked the fix click through the folders until you get to the GamData folder and copy this into the main GTL folder where the GTL.exe sits and let it overwrite the existing files.
You can now do this for both cars, after you have installed the mod of course

Hi guys, I uploaded another version of this mod with all the patches but with the collision fixes in and also included are the cockpit mirror fixes for the Ferrari 250 and the Jaguar Type D that i missed before.

New upload HERE

The sound files are still separate but you won't need to download them again if you already have them from your previous download of this mod.

Need some clarification. I downloaded and installed from Hiroshi's update ( post #7 ) above the cars, earlier, before the since added posts...#8 onwards.
I had already had the track and fix installed from previous event. The "//"'s were present in the older download GBF-fix.
However, when I downloaded the GBF-fix above to compare, it does not seem to be the track fix but a collision fix for the cars???? no gdb file is present in this download.

Have I got something wrong here?

Yeah i noticed the link goes to the collision fixes too. Just to clarify you don't need those collision fixes anymore with my updated upload of this mod.

As for the track if you still have the track from the previous event i'm pretty certain that it is not necessary to download track again.

GDB fix link is now correct

most of the GTL guys will have the fix in the folder as we have raced this track a good few times, but as we have some new guys over the past few months i felt it should be pointed out again, and as the link was dead i made a new one up..
(and goofed it up by putting it to the wrong one)

but its all good now

maybe you explain the GDB fix better than me, i know what to look for as per instruction. as i have read it.
only happens in certain track conversions, i think rfactor made tracks

Yeah the "RaceTime" needs to be commented out (// symbol). If the racetime is present in the GDB the race will end after just a few laps. I think the "RaceTime" is a feature that works in rFactor, GTR2 etc, but not in GTL.
