Main changelog from previous version:

[Mini Challenge]
Added Mini Challenge series;

[Formula Classic]
Several graphical updates, complete series now based on cars and drivers of historical season;

[Formula 3]
Updated sounds based on new recordings;

[Stock V8]
Júlio Campos´ car updated with new sponsor colors;

[All Cars]
Several sound effects updated / remixed;
Adjusted timing required for pitcrew to fix damages in the pits during a race;
Several minor tweaks to the AI;
Adjusted blue flag functionality - by default, ignoring blue flags no longer cause penalties for the driver who doesn´t yeld (Setting can be overwritten in the PLR for all series);
Radiator opening no longer adjustable in all cars (slightly redundant given stactic ambient temperatures);
Raised maximum steering lock to 33 degrees on all cars (if user wishes to stick with higher steering rotation settings of 900 degrees or thereabouts);
Adjusted parc ferme rules - Formula Reiza / Classic now has no parc ferme after qualifying by default; (setting can be overriden from the PLR file with all series, whether it´s on or off by default).

Enjoy!

Mini Challenge templates and 3dsMax viewer file: http://game-stockcar.com.br/downloads/GSC2012_Mini_Challenge_templates_viewer.rar

Also an updated FClassic template: http://game-stockcar.com.br/downloads/GSC2012_FClassic_templates_viewer.rar Old skins are still compatible, but helmets won't be - the helmet model's been updated, to match the texture standard of the rest of the GSC2012 helmets.

Some Noob questions about skins...

Firstly, thx for these templates however can i somehow choose one of the standard Reiza updated existing skins and make minor changes to it? If so, help on how to would be very appreciated! :)

@Reiza: Should we create a new .plr?

- The new curbsounds are awsome but to me they are very loud in the stockv8's... solution?
- F3 Sounds are superb,..the coasthigh could be pitched a bit lower to me but overall excellent.
- FClassic is brilliant with those liveries.
- Mini is tricky but I need a lot more time with those. Lovely car anyway :)

Thanks!

With the original settings the sounds are ok. Anyway the dynamic range could be a lot bigger. To bad the isi engine mix the sounds different when you lower the volume sliders....

You can, but not with something as simple as paint as it doesn't handle the nvidia dds file format used in games.. Nor does it support alpha layers which are used to control the level of reflections.

You *could* simply open one of the MacPherson dds files in Paint Shop/Photoshop/Gimp and paste on the logos you want, however dds is a compressed format (somewhat similar to jpg in that regard) so re-saving will further degrade the texture and isn't normally a particularly great idea :p

I've uploaded the MacPherson PSD for you http://njovey.com/files/MacPherson.rar (the template + the MacPherson red parts, numbers and logos, essentially). If you can't edit it yourself perhaps some kind member of the community would be willing to step forward and help you out ;) I don't have the time unfortunately.

Thanks Cobber. In the meantime i will download PhotoShop :thumbsup:
