F1 2011 Advanced Drivers Guide by David O'Reilly

Is it remarkably different to Prosts' book or Sennas'?
Have you read their books? Have you read this one you have linked?
What is your point about this book?

Just that it is a good technical resource for beginners and experienced drivers, i wasn't trying to say it was better than anything else, really xx
