F1 2012 Catalunya - Spain (Dry)

F1 2012 The Game (Codemasters)
Trophercheese, I do not know what car you tested these settings, because this setup fits me just for Mclaren in a quick race.I haven't tested it online, and in a career for the Toro Rosso is actually very understeer. And on this I have to do some work.

my time is 1.21.7 career in career mode with ferrari, without drs and time trial mode

Tried this for my Williams career, legend mode, and it got me on pole in quali but even with wings moved up to 3-2 it just cant compensate for the performance difference with the car. I managed to get 2nd only because i defended like crazy all lap and then bolted with all my kers down the main straight. Round turn 3 unless i went really wide on the way in I had to lift mid corner or else just drift off the road, needed a lot more downforce lol

I dont understand how some people use 1-1 wings. Doesnt your car understeer like a cross channel ferry?

Its all down to what car. With a top car, or with AIDS, it works as you can go flat round the fast corners even on 1-1 so its no slower. I tried it on my williams and couldnt keep my foot down in the bends, just got loads of the ferry understeer :) and that was with 3-2 wings lol

I made some modifications to this setup as the distribution and the suspenion and call and put, is that alo beda CLASSIFICATION better to have to get more aerodynamic because the DRS piedes aerodynamic load on the brakes, but the problem comes in career that if you put a lot of your time in the race Aerodina go very slow and you do not have the DRS, so I try to counteract the lack of aerodynamics in clasificaccion with suspensions to avoid understeer. the problem is that if you put such Berda 3-1 of aerodynamics is that at first the car turns very well but over the laps tene enpiezas to understeer and the car behind is more unstable.

I use this for pretty much every dry setup now. I usually put the Balance at 5,5 and the suspension stiffness at 7,7. I find this works for my driving style perfectly. Only kinda prob is the front left wears quicker at tracks that have a fast right hand corner. BUT BARELY ANY QUICKER. I run 50% races and don't have issues with it.

Does anyone have one for Caterham? It seems that theres hardly any for Caterham at all

Im not very strong on this track so idk how good that setup stacks up. I also dont have a race time right now bc i havnt ran caterham in a cpl months but thats the setup i used.
