I hate the fact that people are using a glitch on this track. Seeing people completely cut the last chicane and use the old part of the track is just silly. I am hoping to make a good setup which won't take advantage of it.

Geez i thought i lost any abilities in driving watching 1:13 on catalunya, when i hardly hit 1:20 after few laps . Don't get why codies made such holes with secret routes hope there are trully drivers on ps3 online. Don't wanna compete with cheaters. I Think 1:18 1:17 is max what correct driving line could give us. Using almost full wings and oversteer setup (yes after i thought this game is completely understeer now i get used to it and i can finally made my cars oversteer isn;t it great )

I actually reported this to Codemasters and they swiftly responded by patching it for the PC version. Patches for Xbox and Ps3 take longer though because of checks that have to be done by Microsoft and Sony.

Well, they could release patches in quicker succession on consoles as well. Thing is, each approval process comes at a price. I know the prices from some years ago and it's ridiculous, that's why they'll probably wait until they made 4 or 5 patches and release them bundled on consoles.

They have already released 7 patches for the PC, which is a hell of a lot more then previous games.

i Got 1:21.9xx in normal GP Race qually no assists
i Got 1:20:72x in TT could get better but i am not used to fast downshift coz in normal race it would give engine fail

hope u like it got no problem with turns 1-2 and no problem with chicane, i would recommend more oversteer in springs if u get used to

Pretty solid STR setup, 1:25.661 in practice with legend AI...trouble is I'm losing anywhere from 1,5-3 seconds in a certain sector...no prizes for guessing which...S2, same as it was back in F1 2010 =/

I had the same problem. It's the 3rd and 4th turn of sector 2. The first is the right hander immediately after S1, then the slow left hander. The next 2 always got me. The left and right S-turn.and then the fast right hander. I managed to use one of the set-ups here and got pole with a 1.20.893. Was ecstatic!

Yeah I've modified my Australia Setup a little bit, it's now 1-1 (as every other one) and I'll post it tomorrow .
